Free Health Screenings
Grady Health has made the difficult decision to discontinue Mobile Primary Care services at all community locations including Impact Church.
As part of broader organizational efforts to streamline processes and thoughtfully allocate resources, Grady will focus it's Mobile Primary Care services in communities where engagement and utilization is focused on patients with a high return rate to the hospital.
