We will connect the relationship of scripture with other methods of wellness to establish true intimacy with God and ourselves.

SoulCare Sessions

Yoga

For Men and Women ages 12 & Up.  
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that involves long holds in seated and reclined positions to target your deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, joints). The slower pace allows one to focus on breathing and calming the mind. This meditative form of yoga is great for beginners and postures are held for 3-5 minutes, and sometimes as much as 10 minutes. The slow flow helps to restore your body, improve your flexibility, and help relieve pain.

Power Flow
Power Yoga is any of several forms of energetic vinyasa-style yoga. Typically, it is fast-paced and focuses on building strength, endurance, and burning calories. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace as they grow to appreciate and celebrate the movement of their brilliant bodies and increase their strength.


Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is an effective way to prepare the body and mind for sleep. It is the ultimate in relaxation induced by guided meditation.
Tools Needed:  Mat, Towel, Water
Highly Recommended: Yoga Block, Strap

Sound Bath Meditation

A sound bath is a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.   We will use this experience to also gain a sense of stillness/quietness and get in tune with God. Music therapy is a type of therapy that incorporates music.  

Tools Needed:  Mat, Blanket (optional)
Pillow (optional)



Vision Boarding

Vision boards are great for keeping the desires you have for yourself ever before you to inspire you to follow your dreams. However, without goals that support the achievement of your dreams, sadly many go dreams go unrealized.

This session will provide an opportunity to gain clarity, have fun, and fellowship with others who are ready to have this new year filled with POWER and dreams fulfilled.

Tools Needed:  5+ Magazines, Anything you'd like to use to enhance your vision board.  We will provide boards, glue & scissors.


Journaling 

Developing a journaling habit can help you work through your emotions, especially when you're feeling anxious or sad. It can also help you grow, become more self-aware, and gain meaningful insights. For these reasons, journaling is one of the best self-improvement tools.

Tools Needed:  Journal, Pen(s)

Gut Health

Beyond the Core is a low-impact mind-body exercise using a mat to perform body-weight exercises and movements that target specific body areas. The practice focuses on improving strength, balance, coordination, and posture through short, precise movements requiring controlled breathing. It can help build core strength, develop and strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility. It is the complete coordination of mind, body and spirit. Beyond the Core can be easily adapted to support every age, gender, complexity and intensity while simultaneously minimizing the risk of injury. 
Join our "How to Heal Your Gut Holistically" workshop and discover the natural approach to restoring gut health. Learn how to support your digestive system through detoxification, proper nutrition, and stress reduction. We’ll cover how your mindset and spiritual health can impact gut healing, giving you practical tools to nurture your body from within. Empower yourself with holistic techniques to achieve long-term gut health and overall well-being.
